  • Bailleys

  • Heat the cream in a saucepan and add a splash of Bailleys and a few tablespoons of honey, mixing well until it boils.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the first ones.
  • Pour half the cream on top and mix for a few minutes.
  • Add the rest and add the whites.
  • Beat and transfer to a saucepan, next to the mascarpone cheese.
  • Heat while mixing until you get a cream.
  • Pass through a strainer and let it cool.
