  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring, 1 teaspoon almond extract, 1 clove

Preparation of the dough:

  1. First, sift the flour and sugar.
  2. Mix 300 g of flour with the mascarpone, butter and an egg.
  3. Then, knead until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add the other 50 g of flour and knead again.
  5. Then, make a bun with the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and then refrigerate for half an hour.
  6. After 1/2 hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut into two parts.
  7. Stretch both parts with a rolling pin.
  8. Place one of them on a mold.

  11. Paint your cake with beaten egg or milk.
