  • 1 kilo of beef
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil (45 ml)

  • While the meat is being prepared, we will prepare the tomatoes separately. First, we will peel them, wash them and cut them into small cubes.

  • On the other hand, we will cut the other half of the onion into slices and we will chop the two remaining garlic cloves into very small and fine pieces.
  • We will place them in a pan with hot oil and let them cook over medium heat until the onion is evenly browned, adding a touch of salt.
  • When the onion has acquired a certain transparent tone, remove the pan from the heat. We will also remove the tomatoes and drain them a little, leaving some water in the pot.
  • When the time for cooking the meat has passed, we will drain it to remove the liquid that it has released, reserving it, and we will transfer it to a frying pan with a little hot olive oil.
  • We will fry the pieces of meat, sealing them quickly so that the water inside does not evaporate and thus avoid that the meat is too dry.
